Saturday evening there were a lot of activities going on in the MINI tent. They had a bunch of German celebraties, a fashion show, they were giving away all sorts of prizes, and last but not least they showed the new MINI!...oh yeah...afterwards there was a dance party, but I can't remember much of that.:)

Ein weiteres großes Event bei der MINI-Challenge ist die Mini-Corso-Fahrt - einmal mit seinem eigenen Mini über den Salzburgring, einmal in etwa erleben was die Rennfahrer leisten müssen. Neben der puren Rennatmosphäre am Ring ist dies einer der Highlights eines jeden Mini-Fahrers. Alle angemeldeten Autos werden dazu in farblichen Gruppen eingeteilt und fahren dann 3 Runden auf dem Salzburgring. Eins ist leider nicht erlaubt ... überholen.

Angekommen in Salzburg beim Saisonabschluss der MINI Challenge Serie 2006. Zwei Rennen stehen noch aus und diese finden hier in Salzburg auf dem Salzburgring statt. Passend zu dem MINI gibt es ja die Sprichwörter: "Klein, aber fein." oder noch besser "Klein, aber oho." Hier muss es dazu noch heißen : KLEIN, SCHNELL UND LAUT! Dude, what a sound!
